He was just skin and bones, a fighter who had been through tough times. You could tell he had fought to eat and survive for so long. A fate awaited him that day: euthanization. But I couldn't let him die. I had to do something.

A Rescue Mission

I was determined to save him, so I set out to bring him home with me. As soon as he stepped foot on something soft, he couldn't contain his excitement. It was as if he knew his life was about to change. On the way back, we bought a bag of food to nourish his starved body.

But he wasn't like any other rescued dog. He had a deeply ingrained aggression, especially when it came to food. He guarded that bag of food fiercely, as if it was his lifeline. It was clear that he had been through some tough times, and I couldn't blame him for being protective.

To help him regain his strength, we started feeding him high protein food and even goat's milk. Slowly but surely, his frail body began to fill out. It was amazing to witness the transformation.
