Embracing Health with Confidence and Style

Hello, everyone! It's your girl Caitlin Ryan, and I'm here at the 29th annual Race Tour Race MS event, representing "Where's the Buzz." Of course, stay tuned for our interviews and more. 🎵

First of all, you look stunning! I just want to get into this rocking ensemble – my shoes are Louboutin, and my jewelry is candy ice. There it goes. I'm going to ask her one quick question because she has to go.

Speaking Up for Health

When it comes to people battling health issues, what's one encouraging word you can give to those struggling with a health battle at this current moment? Oh my gosh, speak up and speak out. Don't be afraid, no matter what it is, whether it's physical or mental. Do not be afraid to get help. Speak up, speak out.

As a community, especially in the African-American community, especially when it comes to our mental health, this is the month of mental health awareness. We need to make sure that mentally we take good care of each other. Y'all, thank you. And on that note, I've gotta go, but I had to show love for this pretty sister. Oh, thank you.

The Essence of Joy

This is a moment for me. When I think of people in this position, like me as an aspiring talk show host, you're up there. You've been the pinnacle of what it looks like for black excellence and grace on television. You do it with such poise, and I just wanted to give you your flowers. You look gorgeous. Thank you very much. I appreciate that.

So, won't keep you long, but let us know one tidbit, something you do in particular that keeps you looking as fabulous as you do. Whether it be fasting, kickboxing, dancing – what's your secret?

Well, let's start with the basics. I don't smoke, I don't drink, and I don't bake out in the sun. But the one thing I have done, you know, listen, we try to eat right, and try to exercise. I'm not a fanatic about either one, but I try to be very conscious about what's going into my body. But I gotta tell you, the one thing that I think gives me energy and youthfulness is not letting so many things bother me. I promise myself that every day I have to do one thing that brings me joy, makes me laugh. Whether it's connecting, meeting a wonderful sister like you, who I know is going places, and so I can say one day, I knew her back then in the day. This brings me joy right now, to see young sisters like you doing their thing on the red carpet. So you brought me some joy today.

Well, there you have it, ladies and gentlemen, the gorgeous, the legend, Sean Robertson. Thank you for speaking with us.

The Magic of a Feel-Good Movie

You look beautiful. I grew up watching you, like, singing your songs, everything on Nickelodeon. But you have a movie that just dropped, "A Perfect Pairing." What has been the fan's reaction to the movie so far?

It's been great. The reaction online has been wonderful. People are saying so many sweet, positive things. I try not to get too caught up in it, but overall, everyone's been really sweet. It's just nice to know that it's a very light-hearted, fun, feel-good movie. I love that it's bringing joy and positivity into the world.

You look stunning. You look the same way you looked literally when we were kids. So, I just want to say thank you for talking with us tonight. Thank you. Enjoy your night with Ms. Torre Hart, looking gorgeous.

Balancing Health and Style

Let's get into this whole entire ensemble. Walk us through what made you choose this look. My neighbor is actually a designer, and this is her line – "Haughty and Loud." She did this for me. The purse and the shoes are Versace. Since the whole night is about health and wellness, fitness, and just being conscious about where we are with our bodies, what is something you do to keep yourself snatched, healthy, and aware of your health overall?

I drink vodka, and for some, that's the medicine. I mean, I'm not mad at that because if it keeps you looking like this, then I need a shot. No, no, I'm kidding. So, I do drink vodka sometimes, though. But I actually do herbs, I do cleanses, and I also do the keto diet. I have a brand, Skinny Keto. I noticed that I was putting on weight during the pandemic, and keto actually helped me. I go on these binges, where I like to live life, but you also have to detox. So, it's all about balance. You've got to have a healthy balance. I just came off a seven-day no-carb moment. That was the first time ever trying it.

That's something I'm going to try and implement, the 5:2 rule – five days with no carbs, two days with carbs. Do you think I'll have any success with that? Of course, you look amazing. If she says I look good, then I look good. You look amazing, and your energy's good, your spirit is good, more than anything is good from the inside. So, it's transferring to the outside. Thank you. You enjoy the rest of your night.

Living a Vibrant Life

Oh, I love this blue moment! You guys look so fitting together. So, with tonight being about health, I'm curious – just one thing that you do to stay innovative and ahead of the curve with your health and wellness and your fitness.

Wow, I thought it was going to be a quick question, girl. Let's start with total. We both work out with our trainer, Rashad. We've been with Rashad for, I don't know, 10 years now. We kickbox a few times a week, and I think it's just about doing stuff that's fun and active. We run around a lot chasing our children. Our son, Max, who's nine, is a baseball fanatic. So, at least an hour, at least an hour a day.

Yes, and then I'm making snacks, so my arm gets quite the workout. So, that's how we work out. I love you on "The Real Housewives." You always come with the truth, speak your truth, and you always serve with a look. I'm happy that you stopped by to speak with us tonight. Both of you, thank you.

Thriving Through Challenges

First and foremost, how are you doing tonight? Hi, how are you? I am excited. I feel good. You look good. Thank you, so do you, beautiful.

Well, with tonight being about health, how important is health? And what do you do to keep yourself ahead of the curve as far as being wise, healthy, fitness, and food choices? What do you do to keep your body looking like this?

Health is so important. I'm a stage four breast cancer survivor. So, health is crucial. I do acupuncture, I eat well,
