This incident occurred on November 26, 2018, when six policemen from the West Hollywood station in Los Angeles surrounded one of her private flower boutiques at the Beverly Hill Sunset Boulevard hotel. The arrest came after a report from Sofia, a customer who claimed to have been deceived by Azura Luna. Sofia stated that she had purchased a designer bag worth more than $86,000 from Azura over the course of a year, believing it to be authentic. However, upon inspection, the bag turned out to be a fake. Sofia subsequently contacted the police, leading to Azura Luna's arrest and subsequent release on the same day, thanks to the assistance of two lawyers from a Washington-based law firm.
