Good morning, everyone! Oh wait, this is a night routine. Good night! Just kidding. But seriously, my mornings are always filled with so much activity that by the time it's nighttime, I really wind down and try to do a lot less. Even though on my channel I share a lot of my morning routines, here's what goes on the rest of the day.

Waking Up Energized

When I wake up at 5 o'clock in the morning, I always try to incorporate a workout and have a hearty breakfast. I also had therapy today, because taking care of not only my physical but also mental well-being is important. Pretty much, I try to move my body all throughout the day so that by the time my head hits the pillow, I am so tired.

Editing and YouTube Focus

After leaving teaching, pretty much the middle of my day is always dedicated to editing videos and focusing on my YouTube channel. It's a lot of work, but I'm passionate about sharing my experiences and knowledge with others. Plus, the buzzing excitement of creating content keeps me going!

Preparing Dinner and Tutoring

I have to head out in about 30 minutes, so I'm going to prepare dinner now so that when I get home, it's ready to go. Tonight, we're making spicy Korean chicken. I gather all the ingredients and start marinating the chicken. Oh, wait, I realized I didn't have any veggies in the fridge. No worries! I'll just use some frozen cauliflower instead. It'll still be delicious.

After preparing dinner, I head out to tutor two students. One is a first grader, and the other is a fifth grader. It's great to stay connected with kids and help them with their studies. We work on various subjects, like math, social studies, and more. It's challenging but rewarding at the same time. I always try to make learning fun!

Cooking and Quality Time with My Husband

Finally, I'm back home. It's time to cook the chicken in the oven. I love cooking meals that contain vegetables, protein, and carbs. I cut up the chicken thighs into cubes, making it easier to eat, and store the extra in some Tupperware for meal prep tomorrow. My husband and I have a deal - if I cook, he does all the dishes. And if he cooks, I do all the dishes. It's all about teamwork!

After dinner, my husband and I try to read the Bible every other night. It's a way for us to connect spiritually and grow together. We both have our separate quiet times in the mornings, but it feels nice to do it together in the evening sometimes. We believe that consistency leads to habits, so we're trying our best.

Self-Care and Relaxation

I always try to take off my makeup and sunscreen as soon as possible, because I like to have my skin breathe without anything on it. I prefer being bare-faced and not having a lot of makeup on. It feels amazing to let my skin breathe and be natural.

I saw a hack on TikTok recently - using glycolic acid on your feet to make them softer. So, I give it a try. I rub some ordinary glycolic acid on my feet and then apply some Aquaphor on them. It's a simple hack, but it seems to work!

Stretching is something I am trying to get better at. It's important to stretch every day, especially after workouts, to maintain mobility and help our muscles recover. Even in a small space, like between my closet and my bed, I can stretch for 15 to 20 minutes. I follow a video by Maddie Morrison, and it's pure relaxation. No excuses for not stretching!

Wind Down and Relax

After stretching, I feel more relaxed and relieved of tension. It's time to wind down and do nothing. I turn on the air purifier to eliminate any lingering smells from dinner. Then, I usually watch Korean dramas while my husband plays computer games. It's a way for us to unwind and enjoy our own guilty pleasures. I crawl into bed around 8:30 pm, and this is a time for my brain to completely relax. No expectations, no productivity. Just pure relaxation.

Wrapping Up

Thank you for joining me on my night routine! If you do a lot throughout the day, I hope it'll make you so tired that by the time your head hits the pillow, it's time to sleep. Remember, taking care of yourself physically and mentally is crucial. If you enjoyed what you read, please like and subscribe. I'll see you later! Bye!
