In this section, I would like to express my unwavering support for Minister President Norma Piña of the Federal Court of Justice. She has been undeservedly subjected to grievances by the President of the Republic. Once again, he is causing division and attacking a branch of government. President, what you have said does not align with reality; it is lies and it is disrespectful and harmful to the system of separation of powers.

It is essential that you understand the clear boundaries of the executive branch's authority and respect the division of powers as outlined in the Constitution. We, the members of this chamber, demand that you respect the division of powers, respect the Constitution, and respect the independence and autonomy of the judicial branch.

What Minister Norma Piña represents is the judicial power of the Federation. When she exercises her autonomy and independence in administering justice, we should celebrate it as Mexicans. Having an autonomous branch of government that exercises its functions is something to be cherished, not rejected or criticized, President López Obrador. Every time you address the public, you tarnish your own image, your government, and most importantly, the Constitution of the United Mexican States.

Instead of insulting, causing harm, and discrediting, why don't you focus on fixing the economy? The cost of the basic necessities has risen by 14%, and inflation is over seven points. You promised a decrease, but the people of Mexico are burdened with rising costs, diminishing purchasing power, and increased hardship. That is the worst tax for the Mexican people – the rising cost of living.

President López Obrador, fulfill your duty to uphold the Constitution and engage in politics. It's your responsibility, obligation, and duty. I'm ready for questions and answers, but please keep in mind that I can only accept three, as I need to proceed to the plenary session.

Responsiblity in Combating Organized Crime

First and foremost, the government of President López Obrador needs to take responsibility for combating organized crime. No one else is accountable but the government itself. Whatever happens with regards to organized crime is their responsibility. Therefore, it is the President who should provide an explanation. It is the President who should engage in dialogue with the United States government to uphold good relations, rather than engaging in absurd behavior that only hampers these relations.

When American citizens are killed by organized crime on Mexican soil, it is understandable and logical that the United States government, senators, and congressmen express their concerns. What is not logical is for the President of Mexico to turn a blind eye and evade responsibility. This is not about foreign intervention; it's about assuming responsibility. We would do the exact same thing if our citizens were attacked or harmed. We would voice our disapproval, just as they are doing now. However, we will not tolerate any intervention in decisions that belong to the Mexican people within our national territory, especially when it comes to security and organized crime.

Restitution of the INE Secretary Executive

Regarding the recent decision by a court in Mexico City to reinstate the Secretary Executive of the National Electoral Institute (INE), Mr. Jacobo, I find it logical. Who appoints and removes the Secretary General? It's the INE Council and no one else. Therefore, the decision of the judge does not surprise me. It might come as a surprise to the President, who I am sure is not receiving sound constitutional advice.

Controversy Over the "Three out of Three" Law

As for the controversy surrounding the "Three out of Three" law raised by the PRI legislators, who claim that it infringes upon the rights of women aspiring to public office, I would need to consult with the PAN legislators and have a discussion before providing a more detailed response. I will address this matter in our next press conference.

In conclusion, I thank you all, but I must now proceed to the plenary session.
