Welcome to your class, my friends. Today, we start with an exercise for your neck. Inhale as you turn your head to the right, dropping your neck onto your right shoulder. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten. Now, rotate your neck, gently stretching the muscles. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten.
