In a world filled with violence, both on the big screen and in reality, it's hard not to feel a sense of unease. As an avid movie-goer, I must admit that I am drawn to the action-packed scenes and thrilling plotlines. But when violence seeps into the realm of politics, it's a whole different story.

Just recently, there was an attempted assassination on the vice president, along with speeches that glorified the dictatorship and undermined human rights. It's enough to make anyone feel ashamed. We've come a long way since the '80s, and yet, here we are, still grappling with the same issues. It's disheartening to see the slow progress and resistance from the opposition.

But let me tell you something, violence terrifies me. Despite my love for action movies, I simply cannot bear the thought of violence in real life, especially when it's directed towards our own people. It's pathetic, really. We should be taking action to address this issue, not resorting to repression or silence.

Setting Boundaries: The Need for Firm Justice

When I see the violence that plagues our society, it makes me question what would happen to our loved ones if they were caught in the crossfire. It brings out the worst in us, and that's not the kind of response we should have. We need to take a stand, but not through violence. We need to set boundaries and enforce them, for the sake of justice and peace.

Take, for instance, the inflation that corrupts our moral compass and leads to unethical behavior. Everyone wants to get ahead, even if it means deceiving others or delaying payments. But we can't blame anyone else for our actions. We have to take responsibility and do what's right. It's time to change our mindset and work together towards a better future.

The Disillusionment with Politics

I must admit, I've become disillusioned with politics. It's hard not to be when you see the vice president narrowly escaping an assassination attempt, and yet the opposition remains unresponsive. Even the president of the opposition party has failed to address this issue. It's mind-boggling.

And let's not forget the recent statement from Victoria Villarroel, a member of the opposition party, who once again justified the dictatorship in Congress. It's unbelievable. We should be honoring the memory of the victims and fighting for human rights, not distorting history for personal gain.

But what can we do? Is it legal to make such outrageous statements without consequences? It's a question that begs to be answered. As for me, I would personally dismiss her from her position. It's a crime to support a dictatorship, especially when the people are the ones paying her salary.

Awakening the People

This is an election year, and I can't help but hope for a change. It's time for the people to wake up and realize who is giving and who is taking away. We need to improve our situation, and that means choosing someone who is not aligned with neoliberalism.

Of course, we need to review the list of candidates from the opposition party as well. But overall, I have a good impression of the majority of the members of the ruling party. They seem determined to make a difference, and that's what we need. We need someone who will fight for justice and equality.

And if Cristina decides to run again, I would be thrilled. She has shown strength and honesty in the face of adversity. Her recent encounter with a journalist who challenged her was proof of that. She didn't back down. She stood her ground and spoke the truth.

The Power of Dialogue

However, it's important to acknowledge that there are differing opinions and preconceived notions. We should strive for open dialogue, rather than resorting to insults and prejudice. It's easy to get caught up in the heat of the moment, but that doesn't solve anything.

Let's focus on the issues at hand and find common ground. Let's work towards a society where justice prevails, and violence becomes a thing of the past. It won't be easy, but together, we can make a difference.

So, let's start by acknowledging the reality of violence in politics and setting boundaries to ensure a just society. Let's awaken the people and choose leaders who will fight for our rights. And most importantly, let's engage in meaningful dialogue to find solutions and build a better future.
