Welcome to Episode 2 of "Burning with Jeff Probst." I'm your host, Jeff Probst, and this is the only podcast that takes you behind the scenes of "Survivor." One aspect that stands out in this episode is Carolyn. Your initial impression of her from the first episode might have been that she's quirky and interesting. But in this episode, you learn that she's a dedicated mother who would go through anything to find her baby's tooth. So now, your perception of her starts to change. She's still quirky, but she's also dedicated, and you start rooting for her. As Jay mentioned earlier, she grows on you. And then, when she finds the key and unlocks the cage, you celebrate with her. But imagine if we reversed those scenes—she finds the key first,
