The number one question I get every day is, "Hey Tom, what's everybody else doing to get more listings in the fourth quarter?" Well, here's my advice - double down on what's working now. Look back at where your listings are coming from and ask yourself, "How can I make this better?" Can you do it with greater frequency? Can you be more consistent? The bottom line is, where people are crushing it right now is by doubling down on what's already working. So, promise me you're going to do the same!

Strategy 2: Harness the Power of Positive Reviews

You do not have enough positive reviews on your Google page, your Facebook page, or your Zillow page. Think about all the goodwill and hard work you brought into 2020. It's time to ask for those reviews. Send an email to every person in your database, thanking them for being a part of your community and asking them to take five minutes to write a review about their experience working with you. The review economy is real, and it's time to harness its power.

Strategy 3: Perform a Marketing Audit

Brand confusion is a real thing. People want to see you everywhere, but if your brand isn't unified across all your social channels, your website, and your marketing materials, you're creating confusion. Perform a marketing audit on your entire business. Update your bios, unify your photos and fonts, and make sure that your brand is consistent and cohesive across all platforms.

Strategy 4: Create a 2020 Social Proof Piece

One of the most powerful marketing pieces you can create is a social proof piece that showcases the families you've helped buy and sell real estate in 2020. Mix it up with photos of the families and the houses, and back it up with snippets of reviews.
