Hey Team - Day 4.

After a couple of days off due to work-related travel, I finally had the chance to hit the gym and finish my workout for the day at around 9.30pm. Now, you might be wondering, why am I weighing myself at this ungodly hour of the night? Well, let's just say it's not something I usually do.

Today, I decided to take my shoes off before hopping on the scale. And guess what? It made quite a difference. Drumroll, please! The number on the scale reads 106. Boy, oh boy! Yeah boi!
